Processing Times

• All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

• Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs department. Viroepivet is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Issues

• If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbours.
